Privacy Policy
Blue Invoice ("the App") is made by Zolatik ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how we treat it. We have designed the App to be private by default: your business data stays on your device.
1. Your data stays on your device
Blue Invoice is offline-first. All of the information you create in the App — customers, products and services, invoices, quotes, payment records, your business profile and logo — is stored locally on your iPhone. We do not operate cloud servers that receive or store this data, and the App does not require an account to use its core features.
You can back up your data yourself at any time by exporting it as a JSON file from within the App, and restore it by importing that file. Exported files remain entirely under your control.
2. Information we do not collect
- We do not require sign-up or login.
- We do not collect, transmit or sell your customer or invoicing data.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.
3. Information on your device
The App stores your preferences (such as theme, currency and template settings) and your documents on your device. If you delete the App, this local data is deleted with it.
4. Notifications
If you enable reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device for invoice due dates and overdue documents. These are generated on your device and are not sent by us.
5. Sharing and email
When you share, email or print a PDF from the App, you initiate that action yourself via the iOS share sheet. We are not involved in, and have no access to, anything you send.
6. Purchases
If the App offers optional paid upgrades, those purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment card details. Apple's own privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.
7. Children
The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a revised effective date.
