Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Blue Invoice mobile application ("the App") provided by Zolatik ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify or distribute the App except as permitted by law and Apple's terms;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where permitted by law;
- Use the App to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents;
- Resell, rent or commercially redistribute the App itself.
3. Your documents and data
You remain the sole owner of the invoices, quotes, customer records and other content you create in the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you produce, for keeping your own backups (the App provides JSON export for this purpose), and for complying with the tax, invoicing and record-keeping rules that apply to your business and jurisdiction.
4. Purchases
The App's core features work without a subscription. If optional paid features are offered, they are purchased through the App Store and subject to Apple's payment, refund and pricing terms. Taxes on documents are calculated from the rates you enter — you are responsible for setting them correctly.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolatik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the App. Because the App stores data on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups of that data.
7. Changes to the App and these terms
We may update the App and these terms from time to time. Material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
